Job summary

Drug Plastics Group is seeking a Packer Inspector for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare cartons, apply labels, inspect bottles per PQS, and ensure proper packing of stack or tumble products.

Key duties include moving full cartons from packing areas, grinding scrap, and adhering to quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a sign-on bonus and shift differential, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math calculations including addition and subtraction.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to read materials and identify defects.
• Ability to make well-thought-out decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Vision correctable to 20-20 for reading and defect detection.
• Hearing sufficient to understand instructions in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and apply labels per policy; inspect bottles per PQS.
• Move full cartons from packing area and close carton per procedure.
• Grind scrap and rejected bottles.
• Work third shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• Operate in a stack/tumble packing process and ensure quality standards.
