Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Packer for our New Jersey facility to support the production team by packing products off conveyor lines and ensuring quality. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pack products from conveyor lines into boxes for shipment.
• Inspect for defects and notify team lead of issues.
• Maintain adequate supplies at station (boxes, tape) and keep area clean.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
