Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking a Packer Inspector for the 2nd shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm) in Carrollton, TX. You will inspect finished plastic products for defects and package items for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging role helps.
• Ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects as needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
• Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
• Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues.
• Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
• Other duties as assigned.
