We're hiring a detail-oriented Packer/Inspector to install components, inspect and clean finished tanks, and pack them to company and quality standards, working with your team to hit daily output goals.
You'll check the Bill of Material against engineering drawings, verify tank markings match specifications, and install components with hand tools. You'll then inspect, clean, and dry each tank, measure, weigh, and count items, and pack and label them with the correct product information, lot numbers, and dates.
This role involves constant lifting and material handling, and you must be able to lift up to 75 lbs for most or all of your shift. You'll work in an industrial setting with dust, noise, moving equipment, temperature variation, and periodic outdoor work.
Nearly 100 years strong as a stable, family-owned company built to last. Benefits start day one with no waiting period, and profit sharing means you share in our success. We're also a team that celebrates together, with bags tournaments, luncheons, and other events throughout the year.
