What You'll Do
Incoming & In-Process Inspection
  • Inspect parts arriving through receiving to verify correct product, material type, and quality before they move into production
  • Perform dimensional checks, surface finish checks, and verify proper component use against specifications, engineering drawings, and routings
  • Record heat and lot numbers, inspection results, and completed operations in computer systems and manual records
Final & Weld Inspection
  • Inspect finished tanks to ensure compliance with code requirements, including weld inspections and final quality checks
  • Operate measuring tools and equipment to accurately verify products meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ASME standards
  • Perform calibration testing on measuring equipment and maintain calibration records

  • Work as part of a team of inspectors, collaborating on workload and standards while also completing independent inspections
  • Partner with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing methods
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials; operate forklifts, cranes, and other industrial equipment, including at elevated heights
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, following all established safety policies and procedures
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of manufacturing experience working with sheet metal, preferably in a quality‑related role (but we are willing to train in quality for the right candidate)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools/equipment
  • Familiarity with weld codes and compliance standards
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sound decision‑making
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
