Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Ability to spot defects and inconsistencies.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift/heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects.
• Package products according to specifications and seal properly.
• Label packages with product information and warnings.
• Monitor production line efficiency and resolve packaging issues.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and notify when reorders are needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
