You will operate packaging machines, maintain records, and uphold safety standards on first or second shift. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in manufacturing, and a willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to pass standardized cognitive company tests.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet business goals.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions.
• Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Follow safety practices with proper training and protective equipment provided.
