Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking a production data quality assistant responsible for ensuring scanned data accuracy and proper storage in the system. You will inspect outputs for QA, correct issues, and maintain comprehensive records of scanned files, job orders, and workflow progress.

The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical instructions. You will operate in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and adhere to 5S/lean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Manufacturing/production environment with moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all scanned data is accurate, complete, and properly stored in the system.
• Inspect scanned outputs for quality assurance and make corrections when necessary.
• Maintain records of scanned files, job orders, and workflow progress.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company 5S/lean standards.
