Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Packer for the Hanover facility on Crew B, a full-time position operating from 7:00pm to 7:00am in a rotating schedule. The role supports the Production team by packaging pretzels, labeling, stacking, and maintaining a clean work area.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs and follow documented processes. We value reliability, communication, and the ability to work overtime or on weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Has experience following instructions/process documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box.
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler.
• Stack
• Clean work area.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
• Stack
• Clean work area
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on Crew B shift, which operates from 7:00pm to 7:00am rotating shift:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 7am. Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7pm to 7am.

The Hourly rate is $22.04 /hr shift differential included .

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
