Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Packer on Crew B for Hanover, PA. This full-time role supports the Production team with packaging tasks and area cleanliness, including lifting up to 50lbs and rotating 7pm-7am shifts.

The position offers $22.04 per hour with shift differential, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits program. Candidates should have experience following procedures and strong communication skills, plus availability for overtime.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing is a plus.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
• Stack
• Clean work area
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on Crew B shift, which operates from 7:00pm to 7:00am rotating shift:

Week 1:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 7am.

Week 2:

Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7pm to 7am.

the Hourly rate is $22.04 /hr shift differential included
