Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Bethel, PA is hiring a Packer- BTH- A to join our fast-paced production team. You’ll pack freshly made chips into boxes, assemble, label, seal, and ship-ready packaging, while keeping work area clean and organized.

You’ll need to stay on your feet for 12-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, follow safety and quality rules, and communicate with teammates when something’s off. This role offers hands-on learning and the chance to contribute to a product people enjoy.

Responsibilities

• Pack chips into boxes with care and accuracy.
• Assemble boxes, place labels, and ensure everything is sealed, stacked, and ship-ready.
• Double-check date codes, bag seals, weights, and stickers.
• Monitor seasoning levels so chips taste right.
• Keep area clean and organized; clear waste as needed.
• Help repack or rework any product that needs a second look.
• Use basic equipment (pallet jack, stretch wrapper) safely and correctly.
• Document what you’ve packed, caught, or adjusted.
• Communicate with your team when something’s off or needs attention.
• Pitch in on clean-up, sanitation, and team breaks during the shift.
