Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Ohio is seeking a Packer for the 3rd shift. The base rate is $17.65 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced packaging operation.

The role involves preparing cartons, labeling, inspecting final packaging for quality, stacking on pallets, and assisting with line setups.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of production experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to perform manual packing and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack product into cartons and displays.
• Inspect packaging for integrity and labeling accuracy.
• Stack cartons on pallets using correct patterns.
• Operate pallet jack to move finished goods up to 300 lbs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 5S.
• Perform sanitation tasks and assist with line changeovers.
