Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a detail-oriented Packer to support our production lines. You will prepare cartons, manually pack products, label displays, and perform the final quality inspection to ensure packaging integrity.

This fast-paced role requires adherence to safety, 5S housekeeping, and sanitation procedures. You will assist with line startups, changeovers, and lifting up to 300 lbs as needed, while maintaining a clean, efficient work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• The Packer is responsible for working in an area producing product that is packed into trays/cartons for shipping.
• Prepares cardboard cartons/trays for product packing by folding, taping, sorting, and labeling cartons.
• Visual Inspections of final product packaging for product integrity including bag registration, code dates, prices, and seals.
• Fills cartons/displays based on packaging specs and ensures proper labeling and sealing.
• Stacks cartons on pallets and may operate a pallet jack for moving finished goods up to 300 lbs.
• Performs sanitation tasks and keeps the work area clean following 5S protocols.
