Job summary

Campbell's in Kentucky is seeking a Packer to support our production line. The Packer works in an area producing product packed into trays and cartons, prepares displays, and performs final quality inspections.

You will stack cartons on pallets, use a pallet jack up to 300 lbs, assist with line startup and equipment changes, and adhere to safety and 5S standards. High school diploma or GED and 1 year of production experience are required; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons/trays for packing and ensure proper labeling.
• Perform visual inspections of final product packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Stack cartons on pallets; move finished goods with equipment as required.
• Maintain 5S standards; keep work area clean and safe.
• Report issues to Machine Operators, Group Leader, or Supervisor as appropriate.
