Ams Osram is looking for a Packer in Hillsboro Center, New Hampshire. This position involves assembly, packing, and quality inspection of products. No prior manufacturing experience is required. The role offers a pay rate of $16.50/hour, a $1 raise after a successful 6-month review, and various benefits including comprehensive health plans, 401(k) matching, and employee perks. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to lift at least 25 lbs.

Job Description

• Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.
• Identifying correct labeling and documentation.
• Inspecting the final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged.
• Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.
• Packers must be able to seal each container while maintaining product integrity at the set pace of the equipment.
• Packers must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

$1 / hour raise after 6‑month successful review

3rd shift Packer – 11pm‑7am

$3.00 shift Differential
