Job description

Position Overview

Packaging Packer – 1st Shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm). Pay rate $17.00 hour, with a $0.50 hour raise after a successful six‑month review.

Responsibilities

• Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.
• Identifying correct labeling and documentation.
• Inspecting the final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged.
• Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.
• Seal each container while maintaining product integrity at the set pace of the equipment.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lb on their own.
• Must be reliable and detail‑oriented.
