Utz Quality Foods is seeking to expand our dedicated, customer-focused team at our manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ. We are currently recruiting for a Packer - 3rd shift.

The Packer will be responsible for inspecting finished products before packaging, placing products into bags, boxes, cases, and displays, and ensuring the plant environment meets food safety and cleanliness standards. The shift hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packs chips into cartons.
2. Assembles cartons, applies stickers, and packs cases according to specifications, verifying product quality.
3. Performs visual inspections of chips and packages, reporting issues to supervisors.
4. Performs rework as needed.
5. Identifies and removes defective products (
