Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Packer for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Monday to Friday. You will help ensure finished goods are packaged safely and accurately, emphasizing quality inspections, food safety, and teamwork to keep production flowing.
You will prepare packaging materials, inspect codes and seals, move products with pallets and pallet jacks, and support sanitation and line readiness.

Packer Location: Hanover, Pennsylvania Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday - Friday Starting Pay: $18.60/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential
As a Packer, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality products to our customers by ensuring finished goods are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your focus on quality inspections, food safety, and teamwork helps maintain production flow while ensuring products meet company standards before reaching consumers.
Continuous standing, hand use, visual inspections, and repetitive motion activities throughout the shift. Frequent walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and carrying. Occasional climbing, kneeling, squatting, overhead work, and ladder use. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Heavier lifting may be required with assistance. Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment and loud manufacturing environments. Frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions. Occasional exposure to elevated work areas, airborne particles, and cleaning chemicals. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all workplace safety standards.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
