PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Packer in York, PA to join a rotating 2-2-3 shift. The role offers $18/hour with day or night options and a temp-to-perm path, supporting press operators and ensuring product quality.

You'll package, bag, and tag finished goods, inspect materials, and help maintain production flow while keeping the workspace safe and clean. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and reliability is valued.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred and stable work history.
• Attention to detail, basic math, and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Package, bag, and tag finished products and assist with machine setups.
• Inspect materials and finished goods to meet customer specs and quality standards.
• Maintain production flow, reduce waste, and keep areas clean and safe.
