Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking reliable Packers to join our Arlington, TX warehouse on a rotating 12-hour shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lb, and attention to detail to ensure quality packaging.

You will pack, label, inspect products, and operate packaging machinery, while maintaining a clean, safe work area. We offer weekly pay, referral bonuses, and opportunities for career growth.

Packer - Immediate Start

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our team at Midway Staffing. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining quality and efficiency in packaging operations.

Location:Arlington, TX76017
Schedule:3rd Shift Starts Monday 8/10/2026
2-2-3 rotating schedule (12 hour shift mandatory) 6:00PM-6:00AM
Pay rate:$16.50/hour

Duties:

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy before packaging
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
