You will bag, seal, label, and palletize products while maintaining GMP standards and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to established work instructions and production schedules.
• Sort and inspect products for quality defects and accuracy.
• Bag, seal, label, box, and palletize finished goods.
• Verify product counts and ensure packaging specifications are met.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety policies.
• Maintain compliance with GMP requirements and food/supplement manufacturing regulations.
• Wear required PPE including hairnets, gloves, safety glasses, gowns, and shoe covers.
• Keep work areas clean and organized following sanitation procedures.
• Assist with line changeovers and production support activities as needed.
• Participate in task rotation to support production efficiency.
• Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production documentation and records.

Packer Packaging

The Packer I is responsible for packaging finished products in accordance with company quality, safety, and production standards. This position supports manufacturing operations through sorting, bagging, sealing, labeling, boxing, palletizing, and inspecting products while maintaining compliance with GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and company procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Package products according to established work instructions and production schedules.
