Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Night Shift packer to join our Montgomery, AL team. You will pack products to specification, inspect quality, and log production data while following safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires flexibility for long shifts, overtime, and night work in a fast-paced packaging operation. Responsibilities include stacking, labeling, and securing cartons, using lane coders, and reporting issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to read and write to complete forms and verify quality produced.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Examine and pack products while maintaining production and quality standards.
  • Check width/length, seal strength, packaging specs, and count per box.
  • Report production or equipment problems to supervisor and operate lane coders.
  • Maintain a clean work area and production records; assist with start-up as needed.
