Summary of the Role:

The Packer will work in a fast-paced production environment stacking and handling bags weighing up to 50 lbs. This is a physically demanding position that requires good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, stamina, and the ability to maintain a steady pace throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack bags weighing up to 50 lbs onto pallets.


• Arrange and organize products securely and efficiently on pallets.


• Keep pace with production requirements in a fast-moving environment.


• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.


• Inspect bags and materials for obvious quality concerns.


• Move and organize materials throughout the production area as needed.


• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
