Packers play a vital role within Bray Commercial. If you seek a stable and profitable company, this position is for you. Our packers safely, efficiently, and successfully package orders daily. If you have the potential to learn and a strong work ethic, you will excel as a packer. Bray Commercial takes pride in producing high-quality products and relies on valued packers. This is a daytime role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Reach truck experience is a plus.

Shift: 6AM to 3PM

The packer will be responsible for:

• Safely and efficiently packaging orders
• Following instructions on sales and work orders for shipping
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Adapting to changes and new situations

Requirements for Packers:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Adherence to safety policies and maintaining a safe workstation
• Responsibility and accountability
• Good work ethic
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependability and flexibility
• Effective communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Availability for overtime

Preferred experiences include:

• Warehouse experience
• Packaging experience
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx
• Critical thinking skills
