Job summary

Resource Label Group in Des Plaines, IL is hiring a Packer to support our Finishing and Warehouse teams. Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is ideal, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Hours are Monday–Friday with overtime as needed. 1st Shift is 6 AM–2 PM; 2nd Shift is 2 PM–10 PM with a $2/hour shift differential. You will pull rolls, pack finished goods, label cartons, and move skids for inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Pull master rolls from Press Department and move to Finishing staging area to be used by Rewind operators
• Assemble boxes for use in packing finished goods
• Place rolls of finished product in cartons, tape & label cartons of finished goods
• Place completed cartons on skid or cart
• Label completed skids and takes to scale for weighing
• Convey finished skid to warehouse holding location to be placed into inventory
• Replenishes stock of raw materials at each Rewind station and in the Rewind Area using pallet jack
