Job summary

Resource Label Group in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Packer to support Finishing and Warehouse. The role involves pulling master rolls, packing finished goods, labeling cartons, and moving skids into inventory. Training is available for the right candidate, with both 1st and 2nd shift options and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull master rolls from Press Department and move to Finishing staging area to be used by Rewind operators.
• Assemble boxes for use in packing finished goods.
• Place rolls of finished product in cartons, tape & label cartons of finished goods.
• Place completed cartons on skid or cart.
• Label completed skids and takes to scale for weighing.
• Convey finished skid to warehouse holding location to be placed into inventory.
• Replenishes stock of raw materials at each Rewind station and in the Rewind Area using pallet jack.
• Completes paperwork.

We are currently recruiting for a Packer to join our team! The Packer will play a crucial role in supporting our Finishing and Warehouse departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment however, we are willing to train!

• Hours are Monday-Friday, Overtime as needed

1st Shift 6 AM - 2 PM

2nd Shift 2 PM-10 PM - +2/hr shift differential**
