Job summary

Gabriella White, LLC is seeking a Packer in Claremont, NC to unload and verify inbound shipments, and to pick, pack, and load outbound orders. You will assist with cycle counting and checkoff processes while maintaining accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound shipments for damage, returning misplaced items, and keeping bin locations organized. Must lift up to 70 lbs and be flexible for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of warehouse experience is required.
• Experience using warehouse equipment such as hand truck/dolly, pallet jack, order picker is required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, sorting, shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. at any given time.
• Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, assisting other departments, and working overtime (based on business needs).
• Basic math skills.
• Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.

• Maintains proper stack height of all products.
• Adheres to published housekeeping responsibilities for the designated area.
• Assists in additional housekeeping duties for the department, including keeping work areas and all bin locations clear as needed to ensure safety.
