Work Schedule:

3rd shift (11pm-7am) Monday-Friday

About the Role:

Packers are essential to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for constructing boxes and packing products that customers love. This role offers opportunities for growth within FritoLay and PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construct boxes and pack products manually or with automated machines
2. Perform quality checks regularly
3. Set up lines during changeovers
4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Work Environment & Requirements:

This is a physical, fast-paced environment. You will be on your feet for the entire shift and expected to stay on the line until relieved for breaks. Flexibility, commitment, and safety focus are essential.

• You are 18 years or older
• Must work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products repeatedly
