Position Title: Picker/Packer

Department: Distribution Sales Division (DSD)

Assignment Category: Full-Time, Regular

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-exempt

Reports to: DSD Manager

Schedule: Mon - Fri and Sun, from 10:00am-6:00pm. (Off on Saturday)

Position Overview

The Picker/Packer will be responsible for sorting and moving materials and goods in a warehouse. They will pick, inspect, and pack products according to the order slip, label boxes, and prepare items for shipment. Responsibilities also include stocking and restocking shelves in the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sorting and moving materials and goods
• Picking, inspecting, and packing products according to the order slip
• Labeling boxes and packing materials before shipping
• Stocking and restocking materials
• Using computer systems and scanners to manage orders
• Operating pallet jacks or forklifts to transport goods (training provided if necessary)
• Following safety practices throughout operations
• Ensuring warehouse and production goals are met
