Job summary

Owens Corning in Montgomery, AL seeks a Packaging Attendant (Wrapper, Palletizer, Robot) Technician to operate, adjust and clean the wrapper and palletizer equipment, ensuring material is sealed, shrunk and palletized correctly.

You will follow safety and plant requirements, participate in TPM and housekeeping programs, inspect materials, apply product identifications and help prevent waste.

A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and clean wrapper and palletizer equipment.
• Inspect materials and ensure proper coding and labeling.
• Maintain packaging materials and monitor quality to reduce waste.
• Record downtime and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report equipment issues to supervision and coordinate line breaks as needed.
