Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Operations or Engineering/Maintenance required.
• Experience with packaging machines and QA testing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines (e.g., tripack sleever, casepacker, crimper) during trials and record optimal configurations.
• Support CQV process to ensure new packaging is production-ready.
• Summarize line data and assess product qualification using OEE, MTBF, and root-cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot machines when down during trials.
• Coordinate with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Sales to push packaging trials.
• Report issues or improvement areas during line observations.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from engineering/maintenance.
