Alphia in Pittsburg, CA is seeking a dedicated packaging operator to maintain quality and operate packaging lines. You will package products, inspect finished goods, and ensure labels, seals, boxes, and pallets meet quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to follow GMPs, SOPs and HACCP guidelines. Training on Alphia systems and safety certifications will be provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma and/or GED required.
• Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Certifications: Alphia Lock Out / Tag Out and forklift certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate packaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Package products, label, and stack on pallets per line requirements.
• Maintain GMP compliance and cleanliness; follow SOPs.
• Enter routine QA data into IQS and monitor HACCP in-process.
• Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation; inspections before start-up.
• Complete paperwork accurately, including simple production reports.
• Train and coach new hires and cross-train plant personnel.
