Job summary

Watkins Wellness in Cokato, MN, is seeking a Packaging Associate for the Cokato Warehouse (Sauna360) to package, inspect, label, and prepare finished products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll work with production, shipping, quality, and warehouse teams to package, crate, palletize, and stage materials, while following GMPs, PPE rules, and safety procedures to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic math and documentation skills are expected.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Safety-focused mindset and PPE compliance.
• Teamwork and effective communication are essential.
• Ability to meet production goals and attendance expectations.
• Willingness to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to work instructions and schedules.
• Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for quality.
• Label products and complete required documentation.
• Build crates and pallets, stage materials for shipment.
• Operate packaging equipment and basic tools as needed.
• Support maintenance activities and report equipment concerns.
• Collaborate with production, quality, warehouse, and shipping teams.
