Job summary

Watkins Wellness in Cokato, MN is seeking a Packaging Associate to join our Sauna360 warehouse team. You will package, inspect, label, and prepare finished products for shipment while supporting a safe, efficient environment.

You’ll work with production, shipping, quality, and warehouse teams, operate packaging equipment, build crates and pallets, and ensure products meet quality standards before leaving the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and training provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to work instructions and schedules.
• Inspect packaging materials, verify specifications, and ensure quality.
• Label and document products; maintain accurate records.
• Build crates and pallets; stage materials for shipment.
• Operate packaging equipment and use tools to prepare products.
• Monitor operations and report equipment concerns to minimize downtime.
