Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Technician in Cambria, Wisconsin. You will keep packaging equipment running smoothly, troubleshoot jams, and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.

This is a hands-on role in a team-driven environment that values initiative and reliability. We offer a 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am schedule on rotating shifts, with a competitive $22-$25/hour base pay plus a $3 shift premium and paid time off for night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic driving skills required; forklift experience a plus.
• General computer literacy and data entry ability.
• Fluent English communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Keep packaging equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot jams, seals, and equipment issues quickly.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for outbound shipments.
