Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (technical or mechanical training strongly preferred).
• Prior manufacturing experience, ideally in a food-safe or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment or perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Forklift experience required (or willingness to certify quickly).
• Comfortable working independently and serving as a go-to operator on the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring packaging and bulk load-out equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Performing basic mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on pack line equipment.
• Supporting bulk load-out and warehouse activities, including forklift operation and loading/unloading shipments.
• Identifying and resolving equipment or process issues before they impact production.
• Completing quality checks, sample preparation, and required production paperwork.
• Entering shipment and production data accurately in internal systems.
• Performing deep cleaning and sanitation between production runs.
• Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
