Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Wilson, NC seeks a packaging operator to maintain steady production flow by loading/unloading tubs and moving pallets. You will follow SOPs and department procedures, assist with changeovers, and document line clearances.

You will perform visual inspections, operate high-speed line equipment with HMI, ensure products meet specs, maintain a clean work area, and report unsafe conditions. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must follow SOPs and cGMPs.
• Visual inspection of lot numbers, expiration dates, inserts, trays, partitions, over packs.
• Willing to work on high-speed assembly lines with computer-based equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with training.
• Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of lot numbers, expiration dates, inserts, and packing materials.
• Operate high-speed equipment with HMI interfaces on assembly lines.
• Ensure packaged product meets specifications.
• Maintain 5S/clean work area and comply with safety procedures.
• Document line clearances before and after each batch.
• Assist with changeover and setup to equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor and follow training requirements.
• Work overtime as needed.
