Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in North Carolina is seeking a packaging operator responsible for maintaining a steady flow of production by loading/unloading tubs and moving pallets. You will follow SOPs, participate on high-speed assembly lines, and help ensure products meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Must follow SOPs and cGMPs.
• Experience on high-speed assembly lines with computer-based equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual inspection of lot numbers, expiration dates, inserts, trays, partitions, over packs, packing and palletizing over packs.
• Works on assembly lines with high-speed computer-based equipment with HMI applications.
• Ensures packaged product meets all specifications.
• Complies with SOPs and cGMPs.
• Complies with training.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment and meets daily goals.
• Makes minor adjustments and assists with changeovers and setup.
• Performs and documents line clearances before and after each batch.
• Maintains safety and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Works overtime as needed.
