The position includes setting up packaging lines, performing equipment cleaning, applying safety practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or technical training preferred.
• 2–5 years of packaging/manufacturing experience in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of packaging equipment and basic mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to participate in overtime rotation and handle emergencies.
• Experience with vision systems and robotic pick and place machines preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping and documentation per cGMP and GDP requirements.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment (PLC-controlled lines, vision system).
• Set up/disassemble packaging equipment and handle material handling devices.
• Conduct visual inspections and use PAS-X batch records.
• Troubleshoot and perform advanced maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Ensure packaging procedures are completed accurately for each product.
• Follow SOPs and update operational manuals; ensure housekeeping and proper PPE.
