Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years of packaging/manufacturing experience or pharmaceutical/biological industry background preferred.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of packaging equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical skills and use of various hand tools.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping and documentation in accordance with cGMP and GDP requirements.
• Operate packaging equipment (e.g., PLC line, vision system).
• Set up/disassemble packaging equipment.
• Clean production equipment and facilities.
• Follow SOPs/cGMPs and assist with SOP updates.
• Practice safety techniques including PPE usage and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to startup activities.
