Job summary

A-Gas Americas is seeking a Warehouse Packager - Material Handler in Texas to operate packaging equipment, including pumps, compressors, and forklifts, and to support safe, efficient packaging.

The role requires a High School Diploma, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to work 40 hours with overtime; you will perform quality checks, coordinate with logistics, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain EPA 608 Certification.
• Available to work at least 40 hours per week and be available for overtime hours.
• Must have high attention to detail to receive, inspect, and certify incoming and outgoing cylinders.
• Must be able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to handle high-pressure and liquid cylinders.
• Previous experience working with compressed gas and/or gas cylinders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment including process pumps, compressors, warehousing equipment, and forklifts.
• Report faults and maintenance issues to ensure site safety and product quality.
• Encourage and participate in a Health and Safety culture to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow SOPs to protect health and safety of yourself and others.
• Communicate with logistics to ensure that all bulk and packaged deliveries are executed per customer requirements.
• Perform quality control checks and inspect work activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Carry out checks of incoming products and materials, and site generated AHRI and customer drums.
• Carry out operational activities including preparing, filling, picking, and dispatching cylinders.
• Carry out any other tasks as required.
