Job summary

Inotiv is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator in Madison, WI to package finished diet products according to customer specs while upholding quality, safety, and compliance. The role operates packaging equipment, completes required documentation, and supports efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Starting at $22.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday day shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Qualifications include a high school diploma, English proficiency, basic math, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic mathematical skills with accuracy.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Record and transfer information to production and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Package finished diet products according to specifications.
• Label, fill, weigh and seal bags per procedures.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain packaging records and related documentation.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work areas.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
