Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a box packaging associate in Minnesota to join our fast-paced production team. You will inspect, package, label, and prepare product for shipment in a seafood facility that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Three to six month food manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, food safety and quality controls typically required in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to count by multiples 2s and 3s.
• Ability to interpret simple written instructions and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspects packages, assembles and fills boxes, and stacks cases on pallets.
• Folds boxes per specifications.
• Attaches identification labels to boxes.
• Verifies case print is accurate and legible.
• Monitors and records temperatures of product.
• Draws random samples according to quality assurance specifications.
• Loads pallets with filled boxes according to specifications.
• Cleans equipment according to company standards.
• Notifies Production Lead of any product deviations.
