No experience? We will train you. Starting base pay is $19.00/hr, with a rotational 12-hour night shift differential of $1.14/hr making it $20.14/hr.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English for training, safety, and quality.
• Ability to identify color variation in materials (required for Print Department work).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle differing opinions and resolve conflict professionally while upholding The Placon Way.

Responsibilities

• Packaging Technicians will inspect and package products to meet quality standards.
• Apply labels, maintain case sequence, and use case tapers.
• Verify material for disposal or regrind and remove recycling tubs.
• Follow dispatches, print work orders, and process skid/hold tags.
• Complete Oracle transactions and perform rework as needed.
• Identify and report quality issues; read drawings and packaging specs.
• Maintain clean work areas, follow 5S, and use required PPE.
• Participate in Good Catch safety activities and follow GMP/SQF practices.
