Job summary

Pro Green Medical is seeking Packaging Technicians in Frederick, MD to process cannabis products into retail-ready packaging. This full-time, non-exempt role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and fast, accurate packaging.

The position offers a base wage of $17.50 per hour with a focus on safety, quality, and customer experience. Join a hands-on team with full-time hours, and benefits including health and vision insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ and capable of being licensed by the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA).
• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor tasks (gripping, twisting, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Portion bulk cannabis concentrate products into retail units for sale.
• Fill and fasten vape cartridges.
• Label and package cannabis products with <2% loss.
• Maintain packaging speed to meet company standards.
• Prepare and organize packaging materials.
• Demold and package cannabis gummies.
• Label edible product packaging for retail.
• Maintain cleanliness in production areas.

Description

Packaging Technicians are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of cannabis goods into their final form for retail sale. Success in this position will be dependent on attention to detail, accuracy, and speed. By striving to provide a visually appealing and accurate product, Packaging Technicians provide the final touch needed for an excellent customer experience.

Duties:

• Portion bulk cannabis concentrate products into retail units for sale
• Fill and fasten vape cartridges
• Label and package cannabis products with less than 2% loss
• Maintain consistent packaging speed to meet company standards
• Prepare and organize packaging materials
• Demold and package cannabis gummies
• Label edible product packaging for retail
• Maintain cleanliness in production areas
