  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Package and label cannabis products in accordance with company protocols and training.
  • Accurately label all packaging to ensure regulatory and brand compliance.
  • Fulfill production and sales orders efficiently and with high attention to detail.
  • Ensure packaging meets established quality and quantity standards.
  • Maintain accurate counts of inventory and assist in tracking raw materials, packaged goods, and fulfilled orders.
  • Move product inventory safely between work areas.
  • Keep workstations organized, sanitized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Track and dispose of waste material in accordance with company procedures.
  • Comply with all biosecurity and hygiene measures within the facility.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of state regulations, compliance requirements, and company SOPs.
  • Participate in required training and professional development activities.
  • Support other departments and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Position Overview

The Packaging Technician is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient packaging and labeling of food‑grade cannabis products. This role requires maintaining cleanliness, ensuring quality and consistency, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Packaging Technician will support the packaging department by maintaining proper records, assisting with inventory management, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
