Qnity is seeking a Packaging Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Midland, Michigan. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, ensure accurate labeling, and help prepare shipments for customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic data-entry skills, and a commitment to safety. You will join a collaborative team in a fast-paced warehouse environment with rotating 12-hour shifts.

Job Summary

The Packaging Technician at Future Electronics is responsible for the efficient and accurate packaging of electronics materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment.

Shift: Rotating 12 hour between day/night

Pay Rate: $21.55hr

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various packaging equipment, including filling and sealing equipment
• Inspect packaged products for quality, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and containment.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels accurately for outgoing packages.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and report shortages to supervisors.
• Load and unload materials and finished products, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the packaging area.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably in packaging.

• Familiarity with safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
