Job summary

Woodstock Sterile Solutions is seeking a Packaging Team Lead to supervise packaging and inspection of pharma products in a 430,000 sq ft facility in Woodstock, IL. You will ensure line readiness, train staff, and enforce cGMP and GDP practices.

The role provides frontline leadership to Production Associates, handles scheduling, and coordinates line start-ups. Schedule includes overnight shifts with a 15% shift premium and a $2/hour differential for 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience, preferably pharmaceuticals.
• Packaging operation experience beneficial; demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Production Associates in packaging and inspection per SOPs.
• Schedule Production Associates and attend daily pass-down meetings.
• Oversee line start-ups/shutdowns and ensure proper clearance steps.
• Maintain GDP-compliant documentation and safe work practices.
• Identify issues, coordinate reworks, and communicate production risks.
