Job summary

mîrus Consulting Group seeks a Sr Associate Manufacturing Systems to support manufacturing and packaging systems, manage recipe configuration, assess automation parameters, and maintain Systech functionality to back production goals.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and adherence to GMP practices across site operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of packaging equipment recipes and configurations.
• Experience assessing automation parameters for manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting manufacturing and packaging systems.
• Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, update, and maintain recipes for packaging equipment.
• Perform automation assessment to determine correct parameters for recipes.
• Support implementation, testing, and optimization of manufacturing and packaging systems.
• Administer and support Systech systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Automation teams to support production schedules.
• Execute system configuration, verification, and validation activities as required.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and work instructions.
• Provide technical support during scheduled and non-scheduled manufacturing activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and company policies.
