Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc. in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor - Packaging to oversee packaging operations, coordinate schedules, and drive safety and quality improvements.

This role serves as a liaison among Manufacturing, Planning, and Packaging teams while ensuring procedures, documentation, and audits are maintained. Responsibilities include training staff, managing shift coverage, reviewing procedures, working with maintenance and engineering, and supporting EHS

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience at lead person or equivalent level.
6+ years’ packaging experience or equivalent, high purity packaging preferred.
Proficient with SAP; CMMS background; strong computer skills (Word/Excel).
Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate work schedules for packaging operations and adjust as needed.
Ensure operations follow written procedures with safety and quality at the forefront.
Troubleshoot equipment with maintenance and engineering; communicate needs to management.
Supervise with minimal supervision; train personnel; manage cross-department coordination.
Track performance; provide feedback; conduct quarterly reviews and approvals of timesheets.
